Celayix Time Xpress provides supervisors with a suite ofpowerfultools to track time collection, monitor attendance, andcommunicatewith team members, all in real-time and on the go. TIMECOLLECTIONSupervisors can manage and reconcile time collected frommultiplesources including web apps, timesheets, and physicaldevices.CLOCK-IN/CLOCK-OUT Supervisors can clock employees in/outofshifts, and record meal breaks and safety checks directly fromtheapp ensuring accurate time records are kept. ATTENDANCEMONITORINGTime Xpress via alerts, reduces time theft by ensuringemployeesnot only clock into the correct shift, but clock-in ontime and atthe right location. The Map view displays a visualtracking of allsites, while also allowing a supervisor to takeaction. FINDREPLACEMENTS Time Xpress gives supervisors an easy andquick way tofind replacements, ensuring replacements are not onlyqualified andavailable but also fit into your business rules andavoid overtimeconflicts. MESSAGING Communicate with employees inreal timethrough in-app messaging, eliminating the need to useother methodssuch as email, text, or phone.

SCHEDULES Teammembers can view and confirm their schedules, as well as receiveand acknowledge any shift changes. CLOCK-IN/CLOCK-OUT Team memberscan clock-in/out of shifts, record meal breaks and perform safetychecks directly from the app, avoiding a dedicated time capturedevice at every location. The result is precise time capture andcompliance record, all delivered to supervisors in real time,notifying them of late arrivals and missed shifts. TIME SHEETSMobile or field team members can keep track of time spent onprojects or customers right on their mobile device and delivertheir tracked hours to supervisors in real time for accuratepayroll and billing. AVAILABILITY Team members can submit andcommunicate their availability to supervisors. This reduces theamount of time spent creating schedules. In cases of missed shifts,supervisors can also use the availability module to quickly findreplacements without spending hours calling around.
